Sunshine Coast Rugby Union will be running Girls Sevens competitions again this year. The age grades will change to conform with QRU/ARU pathways. Age grades will be U13 (born 2005 and 2006), U15 (born 2004 and 2003) and U17 (born 2002 and 2001).

The competitions will consist of two 5-round phases each with its own finals series:
