2018 Junior Season Information

The 2018 junior season is upon us and the club is busy planning and preparing for another great year at Maroochydore Swans.

Age Groups

Maroochydore Swans compete in junior grades Under 6 to Under 13s, Under 15s & Under 16/17s as well as Girls Sevens. Maroochydore Swans also have senior A Grade, Reserve Grade, Colts (Under 19s) and Open Women’s teams.

Junior grades are determined by the player’s age at 1 January 2018. (Under 6s will be born in 2012 or 2013, Under 7s in 2011 etc.)

Under 6s and Under 7s is non-contact mixed gender touch rugby. With no tackling involved, this is a safe and fun introduction for boys and girls to learn ball handling skills and participation in a team sport.
